Tracing is the Intesa on demand solution, accessible
from the Internet in the Web mode and charged in "pay
for use" mode, allows the food processing industry operators
to reduce the activation times, the initial investments
and the management costs to a minimum; it can be easily
integrated with the commercial logistics and computer
systems of operators in the food processing industry,
being a natural stimulus on the systems and the previously
activated EDI standards for the exchange of electronic
documents.

Tracing manages two types of data:
- Traceability
data (for the handling of food crises): clear identification
data of a lot and its transition from one producer
to another, such as lot, supplier, article, quantity,
production date, expiry date
- Lot/Product
qualification data to support the consumer's quality
and safety requests (treatments, OGM free, cultivation
methods, gauge, origin, breed...)
The
