Intesa is looking for a Project Manager or Project Management Office to manage both customer and internal company projects, regarding processes and tools to support the company business.
The ideal candidate is between 35 and 40 years old and must have an experience of at least 5 years in the strategy and operations areas in primary consulting firms.
Main tasks:
- drafting of project plans and participation in internal / external project SALs;
- monitoring of timing, order margins and final balance;
- support and contribution to the design of the solution and functional analysis;
- collection of data necessary for the development and standardization of the proposed technologies;
- management of any critical issues, proposing suitable solutions to ensure compliance with deadlines and the budget;
- responsibility for the analysis and reporting of activities;
- management of upcoming requests during project supervision activities;
- optimization of the delivery phases ensuring efficient performance and quality;
- proactively identifying issues and anticipating risks;
- verifies that the objectives of the project are achieved and that all actors perform their work correctly.
Requirements:
- strong PM / PMO skills;
- ability to manage complex and challenging changing programs;
- experience on projects for defining the strategy of new services and implementation of solutions;
- skills on governance initiatives, regulatory adjustments, platform evolutions and process digitization;
- interest in IT strategy subjects.
