As part of our path of growth and positioning as a digital innovation leader, we are looking for a Program Manager.
The person will be the focal point for everything related to the delivery and management of the required services.
Main activities:
- Proactive relationship with the Customer, through regular alignments to be carried out in presence or via videocall
- Primary interface between Customer and Sales/Pre-Sales
- First level of escalation for critical issues in the project or AM area
- Direct involvement for open severity 1 issues and interventions
- Focal point for scheduled service downtime communications
- Accounting report (service traffic) and control of any redundancy in service consumption
- Support service trend reports (and related HD Tickets)
- Service monitoring and KPI and SLA reports

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the role
- Ability to prepare and update service SALs
- Natural determination and predisposition to achieve goals
- Knowledge of project management strategies based on PMI culture and expertise in training dedicated service PMs
- Excellent ability to implement mediation strategies even in critical situations
- Assertiveness in communication;
- Predisposition for problem solving.
Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering or Computer Science
- Experience in banking sector is considered a plus;
- Good knowledge of the English language. A B2-C1 is required as a minimum level
Location: Italy| Turin or Milan ( with smart working contract)
