Intesa is searching for an independent professional with skills in Sales and in business development. The position will join the commercial team already existing in the area with the aim to reinforce the presence, mainly in Turin / Milan, seizing new business opportunities.
The position of Sales Manager plays a key role in the development of the company, since the  “customer centric relationship” is part of the corporate value proposition.

Preferential title:

  • previous experience in the consulting world
  • specific skills in the Automotive and / or Finance area

We are looking for a person with strong values (fairness and clarity), who has entrepreneurial skills in performing the job, able to establish solid relationships with customers and colleagues and to manage the complexity and peculiarity of commercial deals. The ability, experience and interest in the management of commercial or marketing structures will be highly valued.

Role objectives:

  • develop the market share of the Group on the Large Accounts market, in accordance with the assigned objectives, through the development and management of Customers to whom the candidate will be the main referent at various levels;
  • support the commercial negotiations conducted by the sales team of the area. The aim is to share with the team experience and specific skills acquired.

Role responsibilities:

  • find new sales opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle and interaction with the technical structures involved in the negotiations;
  • ensure the achievement of the assigned corporate objectives;
  • propose improvements of the company’s offering to provide an ever better service to customers;
  • manage the flow of information about the ongoing deals with transparency and clarity with the manager and the board, also through the use of company tools;
  • manage the relationship with the internal technical structures for the definition of the offer’s proposals;
  • draw up offers and contracts according to company standards, with the compliance of the administrative aspects and supervision of the orders promoted by the candidate.

Requirements:

  • degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or in scientific subjects;
  • work experience in the field of at least 8 years, most of which with the role of Sales Manager on the reference market;
  • knowledge of the administrative and purchasing processes of large companies, including international ones;
  • Good knowledge of English.

Preferential title:

  • authority in the role, with the ability to understand commercial opportunities and market analysis;
  • ability to manage the complexity of negotiations, both in terms of content and economic dimension;
  • excellent standing and good general knowledge;
  • skills to conduct business meetings in English with the various stakeholders;
  • interest in growing professionally and expanding the market presence both for the number of customers and for the type of offer;
  • ability to work in a team and to assume roles of responsibility;
  • proactive attitude to deal with  internal and external development projects of the company;
  • goal orientation;
  • availability to travel.
