The company announces that it is already ready to deliver its Qualified e-Archiving service, as defined by the Implementing Acts of eIDAS 2.0. This confirms Intesa\u2019s ability to support businesses in adopting fully compliant qualified trust services aligned with the new European regulatory framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The announcement follows the publication in the&nbsp;<em>Official Journal of the European Union<\/em>&nbsp;of the latest set of Implementing Acts, which underwent public consultation in autumn 2025. As anticipated and requested during the consultation phase, the Acts explicitly reference the standard&nbsp;<strong>CEN\/TS 18170:2025<\/strong>\u2014developed specifically to provide recommendations and specifications for the e-archiving trust service\u2014and also cite&nbsp;<strong>ISO 14721:2025 (OAIS)<\/strong>, a widely recognized reference for digital preservation systems already adopted by national regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although the European regulation must still be formally adopted through updates to Italy\u2019s&nbsp;<em>Digital Administration Code<\/em>&nbsp;and by the&nbsp;<em>Agenzia per l\u2019Italia Digitale (AgID)<\/em>, Intesa\u2019s readiness aligns with a favorable normative context. The&nbsp;<strong>CEN\/TS 18170:2025<\/strong>&nbsp;standard is consistent with Italian regulations, allowing providers like Intesa to leverage their established expertise, processes, and solutions to ensure a smooth transition toward the new European model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With eIDAS 2.0, e-Archiving and compliant digital preservation services officially become part of the family of qualified trust services.
