Review, signature by the CEO, the legal representative, the supplier and the customer: closing a digital transaction and completing the signing of contracts can become a long, complicated process, marked by exchanges of emails, phone calls and PDFs. \u00abA leasing agreement involves a triangulation of documentation: on one side we have the equipment supplier, on the other the end customer. Every document requires steps between us and the supplier, between us and the end customer, and then between the end customer and the supplier. In this dynamic, which allows for fully digital management, signature included, compared to the paper-based circulation of the document, the simplification is clear. For the customer, not having to wait days or months for the operation to take effect and to follow the constant exchange of documents, but instead having the contract signed and the equipment available right away, is essential\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Immediate and tangible benefits, then, thanks to an end-to-end signature platform built around the needs of the leasing company, which needs to interact with suppliers and customers within the context of a single transaction.<\/p>\n

In the solution created by Intesa for BCC Lease, the first stage involves BCC Lease sending the end customer a magic link to access the signing of the contract proposal, the request for a qualified signature certificate, the privacy notice and the anti-money-laundering form. After the end customer’s advanced electronic signature<\/strong> (AES), the anti-money-laundering form and the qualified signature certificate request are forwarded to the supplier<\/strong>, who will apply an AES. At the end of the process, Intesa will apply the QES to the document package and proceed with compliant electronic archiving.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In addition to speeding up the finalisation of the process, this solution has also given BCC Lease greater security and regulatory compliance. As Roberta Campanelli continues: \u00abAt the level of internal processes, managing, controlling and archiving a digital document is much faster, and in a business where the margin per transaction is limited, this generates significant savings. There’s another fundamental aspect too: security<\/strong>. A document that follows a certified digital process has an intrinsic level of security that brings benefits, for example, in relation to possible disputes\u00bb.<\/p>\n
