What you will be doing

You will support our General Sevices and Procurement teams and through constant training on the job, you’ll carry out the following activities:

  • Get acquainted to the Procurement unit’s activities, following with methods, process and regulations
  • Purchase order handling and Administration follow up
  • Reporting
  • Supplier Interaction
  • Support the daily activities of General Service team
  • Oral/written responses to queries from internal and external clients regarding procurement and general services matters, ensuring punctuality and paying particular attention to response times;
  • Management of corporate and onboarding access

  • Great communication skills .
  • Good knowledge of MS Office. 
  • English: Excellent Written and Oral capabilities
  • Economics or Engineering background are a plus but not a constraint


  • Our offices are based in Turin ( at Palazzo Leonardo and OGR TECH)

The recruiting process
