Project Manager
Intesa (Havant Group), as part of its growth journey and positioning as an accelerator for digital transformation projects, is looking for a Project Manager to manage client projects in support of the company’s business.
The Role
The Project Manager will be the go-to resource for the end-to-end management of the project, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, and quality standards.
Main activities include:

Defining the project governance strategy.

Drafting and monitoring project plans.

Identifying any open points to be addressed through the analysis of the scope of work and team feedback.

Preparing and managing internal/external project status reports (SAL).
-
Monitoring timelines, project margins, and time-tracking/reporting.

Supporting and contributing to the solution design.
-
Managing potential critical issues, proposing suitable solutions to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.

Managing change/evolutionary requests during project oversight activities.
-
Optimizing delivery phases while ensuring efficient performance and quality.
-
Proactively identifying dependencies.
-
Identifying risks and defining corresponding mitigation actions.
-
Verifying that project objectives are met and that all stakeholders perform their roles correctly.
The Ideal Candidate

Holds a Diploma or a Degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar fields;

Has at least 3-5 years of experience in the role;

Is capable of preparing a project plan with the internal team and directly managing it both internally and with clients;

Is able to prepare and update project status reports (SAL);

Can analyze a problem from multiple perspectives, identifying one or more alternative resolutions and guiding the implementation of the solution;

Possesses a good command of the English language, with a minimum required level of B2-C1.
