Turin, October 29, 2024 – Intesa, a Kyndryl Company, a Digital Solution Provider in the field of business process digitization and fiduciary services, announces the release of Intesa Hive, an innovative and comprehensive interface for managing B2B documents and facilitating analysis and reporting. Intesa Hive will be available to all new Intesa customers for EDI, Legal Archiving, and Electronic Invoicing services.

The new Intesa platform is designed to simplify and centralize the management of documents throughout the entire supply chain, such as orders, invoices, delivery notes, and transport documents, offering a single point of access and control for supply chain supervision. From a single interface, users can, for example, verify which invoices have been correctly transmitted to the Exchange System, which have already been archived, or which EDI documents have been transmitted to the partner.

Among the strengths of Intesa Hive are its analysis and reporting dashboards: from an easily readable dashboard, users can monitor customized KPIs, personalize document views, and bulk-download documents for analysis and archiving. Upon request, Intesa Hive integrates advanced AI-supported features to improve business productivity. The platform enables advanced searches using natural language and the ability to download customized reports with a single click, thanks to a chatbot powered by artificial intelligence.
