Intesa, a Kyndryl Company, launches Intesa Sign & Pay

The new feature integrates Intesa Sign’s electronic signature with a payment system for end-to-end digital transactions

Turin, 12th May 2026 – Intesa, a company that has been operating in digital transformation for over 35 years and is among the leading providers of qualified trust services in Italy and Europe, announces the release of Intesa Sign & Pay. The new functionality, which can be integrated into the “Intesa Sign” signature platform, allows the signing of documents and contracts and the completion of payments to be combined in a single digital workflow, offering a fluid and seamless user experience.

The integration of payments represents an innovative evolution of Intesa Sign, a Digital Transaction Management (DTM) platform already compliant with eIDAS and GDPR regulations. With the launch of Intesa Sign & Pay, the company thus responds to the market need to eliminate fragmentation between the contract signing phase and the collection phase, drastically reducing manual follow-up activities and operational costs and at the same time increasing the completion rate of operations and the value of the transactions themselves.

Intesa Sign & Pay guarantees in fact a controlled and homogeneous environment that strengthens security and reduces the risk of errors or data loss. The system provides for the pre-authorization of the payment contextually with the signing of the document, while the actual completion takes place only at the end of the entire signing process. Thanks to full traceability and Audit Logs, every step is recorded for verification and auditing purposes. The solution supports all currencies of EU member countries and offers a wide range of payment methods, including credit and debit cards, digital wallets (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Satispay, and PayPal) and SEPA transfers.

“The integration of payments into the signing processes represents a natural evolution of our Intesa Sign platform. With Intesa Sign & Pay we offer companies a solution that not only digitizes an entire process, but effectively concludes a business transaction in a single protected environment,” declares Marco Broggio, Chief Solution Officer of Intesa. “This end-to-end automation is fundamental for increasing efficiency and improving the end-user experience, who can now sign and pay with a simple click, guaranteeing companies certainty of collection and regulatory compliance.”

The versatility of Intesa Sign & Pay makes it ideal for multiple sectors: from insurance services, where the policy can become operational a few seconds after the signature and payment, to leasing and rental for the simultaneous management of contract and security deposit, up to real estate for the payment of the deposit and to liberal donations. With this new release, Intesa confirms its mission as a Digital Solution Provider capable of designing integrated and secure solutions for the specific needs of every market.
