Intesa is SPID enabled, the Public Digital Identity System. With intesaID you will be able to create your digital identity and access online all the services of the Public Administration and the participating private companies.
intesaID enables authentication levels 1 and 2: with a single username and password, you can access online health services, interact with the relevant state offices, activate procedures and request certificates with legal value.
Who can request intesaID
intesaID can be requested by Italian citizens – or with a residence permit and resident in Italy – adults, professionals or individuals.

SPID with Webcam recognition
Online, without going to our offices. One of our operators will contact you to arrange an appointment. Remember to have an e-mail address, a phone number, an identification document and a health card.
SPID with Qualified Electronic Signature (eIDAS compliant)
If you already have a Qualified Electronic Signature device (eIDAS compliant).
You can perform the recognition via this mode ONLY if you have a Qualified Certificate for Electronic Signature. To use the Qualified Electronic Signature you must have an electronic signature device (a smartcard with a reader or USB Token installed and running on the PC) or the credentials to access a Remote Electronic Signature service (according to the defined signature mode by the supplier of your Qualified Certificate for the Remote Electronic Signature).

How to perform "webcam" recognition?
It is possible to carry out this recognition using the PC webcam. An operator, remotely, will support the entire process with ease and in just a few minutes.
How to carry out the recognition with "Qualified Electronic Signature (eIDAS compliant) or Digital"?
If you already have a Qualified Electronic Signature (eIDAS compliant) or Digital device / service, simply follow the registration procedure by clicking here and sign the documentation when requested.
It is not allowed by regulation to accept forms signed by hand and scanned or signed with an unqualified signature.

How to carry out the "de visu" recognition?
It is possible to carry out the “de visu” recognition, by appointment only, at our Turin offices in Strada Pianezza 289 after completing the registration procedure by clicking here.
It will not be possible to have access to the company without an agreed and confirmed appointment.
How to upload the documents requested during registration?
The documents requested during registration must be entered with the front and back of the identity document (identity card or passport) in a complete and legible manner.
Image formats * .jpg and * .png are accepted
How to correct any mistakes made during compilation?
Any errors on the request form must be corrected by the applicant, by accessing their private area of the intesaID portal.
How to revoke a request for a digital identity already submitted?
