Intesa, a company belonging to the Kyndryl Group, within the scope of its growth and positioning as a pole of innovation and digital transformation for the business, is looking for a Sales Manager profile with an in-depth knowledge of realities operating in the production and/or distribution of goods sectors, with which he/she already has active relations and is interested in developing new ones.
The ideal candidate, aged between 33 and 45 years old, domiciled in the Tuscany, Marche, Lazio or Campania area, must have gainedat least 5-7 years of experience in the role of Sales Manager/Sales Representative in primary Information Technology companies. Profiles with previous experience in the consulting area or who have worked on digital transformation projects aimed, in particular, at the goods production and/or distribution sector will be considered and assessed. You are looking for a solid value base (fairness and clarity), with entrepreneurial skills in carrying out your work, able to manage the assigned costumer set and build relationships with senior figures and decision-makers of clients, both in local and multinational contexts. Experience in the management of sales or marketing structures will be highly valued.
Profile
The main activities will be the following:
- Developing the Group’s presence in the goods production and distribution sector, in alignment with the assigned objectives, through the development and management of Customers towards which it will be the main interlocutor at various levels.
- Identify the manifest and latent needs of the players in the reference sector with appropriate addressing of requirements towards the most correct design and technological solutions.
- Manage commercial negotiations and the end-to-end sales process.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the achievement of the company objectives assigned to the relevant sales department (signing, revenue and gross profit).
- Generate new sales opportunities by taking care of the entire sales cycle and interaction with pre-sales/post-sales structures and technical areas.
- Drafting offers and contracts according to company standards, taking care of administrative and regulatory aspects and constantly supervising the orders to be activated.
- Manage with transparency and clarity the flow of information on ongoing negotiations, with one’s own manager and with the management, through the use and constant updating of company information tools.
- Propose evolutions of the company’s offering to favour the improvement of services and the development of innovative solutions to better serve clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or scientific subjects preferred.
- Experience in the sale of IT services of at least 5-7 years and knowledge of the sector; candidates with previous experience in consulting will be given more consideration.
- Understanding of the core processes of manufacturing companies, both nationally and internationally.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (minimum B2, C1 recommended).
