Intesa, a company located in Turin and born in 1987, that has been an IBM Company for over 15 years, is now beginning a new journey as a Kyndryl company. Kyndryl is a spin-off of the IBM's Managed Infrastructure Services division.

The European Union must also contend with a constantly evolving market and socio-economic fabric, revising its objectives and directives in light of these transformations.

The company will no longer deliver SPID to individuals, but will continue its activities as a Service Provider.
