On May 16th, 2023, the POTENTIAL Consortium signed the Grant Agreement with the European Union (EU), setting an official milestone for the start of the project with all LSPs.

E-signature systems are especially useful for remote-signing on contracts and agreements. Below are the rules governing how e-signatures can be binding outside the EU.

The goal of the experiment is to simplify the onboarding for the customer, and contemporaneously streamline and improve the Know-Your-Customer process.

Thanks to an already established partnership, the three companies will offer a solution facilitating direct interaction between customers and banks.
